Robin Cheung

Front Desk Staff (Late Afternoon & Early Evening)

Robin manages scheduling and invoices in the afternoons and evenings. She is also a talented artist who was recently featured in a magazine. She has a grown son and a daughter-in-law in Germany and recently became a grandmother.

Lynda Burgess

Front Desk Staff (Morning & Early Afternoon)

Lynda is the friendly face at Extra Steps in the mornings and early afternoons. She has many years of experience working in medical offices. She also runs a children’s musical theater group and has two grown children.

Jaime Andrews

Speech-Language Pathologist

Jaime has over 10 years of experience and specializes in communication systems for children who need extra support. She has training in the DIR/Floortime model and works with young children in Early Intervention and school-age programs. She also leads a social skills group at Extra Steps.

Ava Medeiros

Speech-Language Therapist

Ava has a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College. She has worked in hospitals, schools, and disability programs. She specializes in helping children with speech and language challenges. Ava is energetic and builds great relationships with the children she works with.

Occupational Therapist

Noelle earned her degrees from Quinnipiac University. She has worked in schools and pediatric centers, helping children with sensory challenges. She is upbeat and caring, forming strong connections with the children she works with.

Lauren vonStetten

Occupational Therapist

Lauren grew up in the local area and studied occupational therapy at Ithaca College. Before becoming a therapist, she worked as a preschool teacher and a nanny for a child with special needs. She is kind and patient, helping children feel comfortable and supported.
